The council advises of possible peak congestion times around the city centre this weekend for those considering going into town, and suggests people consider using public transport to avoid car park queues and charges.
On Saturday there are three cruise liners in port in the early morning, but traffic should have dispersed by mid morning. However 1-2pm is likely to be the busiest time.
On Sunday Saints are playing at home against Tottenham Hotspur, so extra traffic is likely between 12noon and 1pm and between 3.30 and 4.30pm.
