Celebrating World Book Day

Here's an appropriate video to mark World Book Day – a worldwide celebration of books and reading designated by UNESCO and marked in over 100 countries around the globe. The main aim in the UK on March 6 is to encourage children to explore the pleasures of books and reading by providing them with the opportunity to have a book of their own. Participating schools offer £1 book tokens pupils can exchange for one of eight specially published £1 books, or entitle them to a discount. More information about World Book Day.
