Caroline Dunsmore from The Summit

Tapas is back on the menu at Bitterne Park Triangle – or soon will be. The Summit café has reopened during daytimes from today for coffee, cakes and lunches, with international tapas being served again on Friday nights from May 2.

Owner Caroline Dunsmore, who suffered an injury that put her out of business for a month, says her hand still hasn’t healed, but she’ll have assistance in the café, and she’s keen to get stuck in again with the business – although she says it is still on the market.
