Six-year-old Millie Cowdrey, pictured with her mum, was the winner of Friends of Cobbett Road Library’s poetry competition – and was awarded her prize by committee member William Stacey at the library’s 75th anniversary celebration on Saturday (May 17). ‘Read more’ to hear William reading her poem, on the subject of ‘Books and Libraries' of course!
