Southampton Keep Our NHS Public (SKONP), Southampton Peoples Assembly and local trade unions will be demonstrating outside Care UK’s offices in Millbrook Road West on Saturday (June 7) from 10am, to protest against “continuing, stealthy NHS privatisation” and to defend pay in the sector.
SKONP says Care UK has recently won the contract to run the Minor Injuries Unit based at the Royal South Hants Hospital.
