A week-long summer dance school takes place during the holidays at Bitterne Park Sixth Form for children aged 4-12+, with tuition in various dance styles, and culminating with a performance in front of friends and family.

As well as the chance to dance, students can get creative with set design and lighting ideas, according to organisers DM Dance Centre, who have been established in Portswood since 1980.
