Hampshire Fire and Rescue Service had to release one woman from a car into the care of South Central Ambulance Service after a traffic incident involving two private vehicles on Wednesday evening at around 7.30pm in Bitterne Park.
The incident took place by the two double mini-roundabouts at the junctions of Woodmill Lane, Manor Farm Road and Forest Hills Drive. Two fire appliances attended the scene from St Marys station.
