Appeal follows Riverdene Place burglary

riverdene place2Burglars have taken around £20,000 worth of items from a home in Riverdene Place, off Whitworth Crescent, and police are appealing for anyone who may have seen anything suspicious to come forward. {!jomcomment}

The high-value burglary took place at the Riverdene Place home at some point between Monday, June 9, and Saturday, June 28.

Items taken included:

  • three Brietling watches
  • one Tag Heuer watch
  • two gold chains
  • a gold bracelet
  • black Addidas LA trainers
  • two bags
  • and a large bottle containing around £2,000 in pound coins.

Anyone who may have seen anything suspicious in the area or who may have more information is asked to contact DC Chris Moss at Bitterne police station on 101 or call Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111.
