Houseboat break up

houseboats breakup ian turner 460Work has been taking place on the break up of a houseboat near Cobden Bridge which was no longer afloat. It’s thought the plan was originally to float the boat in Chessel Bay – designated the city’s first Local Nature Reserve – to carry out the work, but now it’s now being broken up in situ.
