Managers from Bluestar will be at Townhill Park Community Centre on Saturday, November 29 to listen to the thoughts and views of passengers using its 16 buses.
“Getting to know our customers, listening to them and finding out how we can meet and exceed their expectations is hugely important to us,” said Bluestar spokesperson Nikki Honer.
“We would love to meet with groups of people representing the many different types of passengers who travel with us.
“For example, parents who need to bring buggies on board; business commuters; shoppers; people who use the bus to take them into town for night out; and concessionary pass holders.
“This is a chance for customers with different requirements to come and find out a bit more about our route 16 – and tell us which improvements they would like to see in the future.”
Bluestar managers will be on hand on Saturday, November 29 from 10am at Townhill Park Community Centre, Townhill Park, Southampton, SO18 2FH. To guarantee a place and reserve a time slot, call 0845 0727094.
