Robbery at Manor Farm Road Co-op

co-operative food sign cobden bridge storePolice are appealing for information after a robbery at the Co-op store on Manor Farm Road, Bitterne Park on Thursday evening at 6.45pm. {!jomcomment}

 

It's reported that a young man with his face covered demanded that an assistant open the till, before making his escape towards Riverside Park with £150.

The suspect is described as:

  • White..
  • 5ft 8ins. tall.
  • Skinny.
  • Aged in his late teens or early twenties.
  • He had a local accent.
  • He was wearing a khaki hooded top, a cream woollen hat with a red logo, and had a blue scarf covering his lower face.

No one was hurt during the incident.
