Updated Carey Joyce has emailed these pictures of what appears to be oil, spilled, and perhaps in containers, left in Woodmill car park by the recycling bins along with other household rubbish.

She says she reported it to the Environment Agency and is concerned that oil could get into the river when it rains.

Update: Carey writes to say the blue containers have been taken and were empty.  The other two that are the problem got left, one of which is leaking. She says she's again reported it to the Environment Agency.
