Library users of all ages gave their views about the Council’s proposed closure of Cobbett Road library when John Denham MP visited. Asked about the most effective way of lobbying, he replied: “Write to councillors — and don’t rely on someone else to write.” He also suggested attending councillors’ surgeries where possible.
