'Restoration Day' at Frog's Copse

frogs copse signLocal resident Emily Cross is inviting others to get involved with a litter pick and to help give the playground a lick of paint at local green space Frog's Copse on Saturday, July 18 from 10am.

There's a Facebook event page here with more information and photos of dumped rubbish.

Some of the rubbish recently seen apparently includes:

  • remnants of 3 rusted bikes/bike parts
  • a mattress and an arm chair
  • recycling wheelie bin
  • glass, cans and food wrappers
