Plans for the “enhancement and part-redevelopment of the Townhill Park estate with 675 new dwellings following demolition” are now available for comment.
The application is for a fully detailed first phase for 276 dwellings of up to seven storeys, and outline permission for subsequent phases for estate redevelopment.
A meeting on Monday night at the Townhill Park Community Centre saw residents meet with independent planning consultants to get more information about how to formally comment on the application.
