The lower section of Bond Road, between Manor Farm Road and St Catherine's Road, is expected to be closed to vehicles while road resurfacing takes place on November 2.  That section of road was closed for much of June for work on footpaths. Meanwhile Whitworth Crescent is expected to be closed at its junction with Cobden Avenue until around November 3 as gas work proceeds Update: this junction now open 30/10/15.
