Southampton Running Sisters' popular Beginners' Course this year runs in Bitterne Baptist Church Hall, Oaktree Road, starting in April.
The programme runs for eight weeks and begins on Tuesday
April 24. Sessions start at 6.45pm and run until 8.30pm, and offer a
combination of practical instruction and advice. Places fill quickly,
so early registration is encouraged, but a waiting list will also
operate.
