Priory Road: Emergency services called to assist cyclist

prioryrdsignUpdated: we're told that in fact a cyclist had stopped to help a woman who was having an epilectic fit, and it wasn't the cyclist who was hurt on Priory Road on Saturday (Feb 27). Thanks to Lee Wilson for letting us know - and stopping to help.

Original piece

Emergency services were called to the scene when a cyclist was involved in an incident on the junction of North and Priory Roads in St Denys on Saturday afternoon (Feb 27).

One eyewitness reported that a paramedic was caring for the cyclist, who was lying on the pavement, at around 3.30pm.

We hope no serious injuries have been sustained.
