October Books in Portswood is looking for a group of people to take over the running of the community bookshop.
The co-operative says existing staff are retiring or emigrating and want to pass the shop over as a going concern to a new group.
“As a group you will need a range of skills including, sales, customer service, books and finance. You will need to be happy to work as a coop and subscribe to the radical traditions & ethos of the shop,” explains the shop's website.
“We’re looking to get applications from groups however we welcome applications from individuals who are interested in being put in touch with others to enable you to mount a group bid.”
