Live music in Triangle & at Riverside
There will be road closures on Sunday (April 24) from around 10am – 2pm as those taking part in the 'ABP Southampton Half Marathon and 10K' run through Bitterne Park – probably to cheers from many locals, if last year was anything to go by.

Participants will come over Northam Bridge and up the A3024, turn into Whitworth Road, then head along Whitworth Crescent and some of the way along Manor Farm Road before turning into Riverside Parkand running towards Woodmill.
Cobden Bridge will close during this period.
The bottom of Woodmill Lane and Woodmill Bridge will also close as runners head back over the river towards Swaythling.
As last year, Southampton Ukulele Jam will be providing some encouragement to runners in Riverside Park, on the path near Woodmill.
Update: There will also be live music outside The Songbird at the Triangle by a local duo including CJ Edwards who appeared on The Voice.
There's a PDF map of the route here.
You can find out more about the event on ABP's website.
