Townhill Park House Gardens (SO18 3RR) opens its doors to the public on bank holiday Monday (May 2).

The house, which in 1994 became the home of the Gregg School, will also be open for guided tours.
The gardens were restored by The Friends of Townhill Park House Gardens, and originally planned by Gertrude Jekyll, an influential designers who created over 400 gardens in the UK, Europe and the USA

The open day runs from 2pm – 5pm, with free admission. Refreshments will be available, and there will also be a classic car display. The Gregg School's soul band will be playing.
