
BANK HOLIDAY MONDAY Southampton’s annual family-friendly eco festival 'Environmental Rock' is back at the Hobbit pub (SO14 0JZ) on bank holiday Monday (May 30), combining environmental awareness with entertainment for all ages.
Performers on the bill this year are: Stuey Goodeye, One Man Loop Pedal Band, Shoot the Duke, Soton Folk Soc, Bat2K, Southampton Ukulele Jam (below, playing at around 3.15pm) and Red Stars Choir.

Local organisations who will be running stalls or activities include: Scrap Store, Crub, Centre for Doctoral Training in Sustainable Infrastructure Systems, Ethicoco, SU Conservarion Volunteers, Engineers without Borders, and Southampton Cycling Campaign

There will also be face painting, a bouncy castle and games for children.
In the past it's been an all-day event, opening at noon and running until 11pm, with families welcome with children from noon until 6pm.
