Roger Oram writes from Oxford to say that he's looking for information about his grandmother who owned White's newsagent, which he says used to be at 27 St Catherines Road.

"I'm looking for any information / photos etc relating to my Grandmother Mrs Margaret Garbutt / White / Doherty who owned White's Newsagents which used to be sited at 27 St Catherines Road. If you or any of your visitors could help it would be most appreciated.
"A little more information may help; on the death of my Grandmother ( around 1972 ) my Mother, Mrs Maureen Oram took over the running of the news agency. She continued despite her own illness until the late 80s.
"I am most interested in getting as much info on the maternal side of the family, so if any of your visitors could help that would be fantastic.
