There's free family fun at local green space Frog's Copse on Thursday (July 28) as Ian from the Hawthorns Centre runs activities including mini beast hunting, a nature trail and arts and crafts.

There's no need to book - just turn up to the playground by Marlhill Close from 10am until noon. Children under 12 must be accompanied by a responsible adult. 

The event is organised by community organisation SO18 Big Local, and may be cancelled if the weather is poor.
