"An outstanding programme of short films from around the world" is promised for Saturday, Octobere 15, as the free Shnit International Short Film Festival – which promotes screenings in very small venues such as front rooms and church halls – returns.

This year the festival will be at a larger venue: the Immaculate Conception Church Hall on Portswood Road.
