Third arson attack at Riverside 'dragon' park

dragonSouthampton City Council have said on their "Play" Facebook page that there's been a third attack on the tunnel that links the two play units at the 'Dragon Park', and called for extra vigilance as we approach Halloween and Bonfire night.
