Friends of Cobbett Road Library report that their Christmas Fayre on Saturday (Nov 26) was a throughly successful and enjoyable day, with more children than ever before visiting Santa, and lots of new faces through the door, for both the Fayre, and also for the performances of ‘Our Neck of the Woods’ which followed.

Rachel Hickman from the library friends group said: "A really positive vibe is surrounding Cobbett, whilst yet again other libraries are facing cuts".


The adult library is transformed into a performance space for Our Neck of the Woods, created by Southampton residents “all about you, your next-door neighbour, your community and your city”, at Cobbett Hub & Library following the Christmas Fayre on Saturday.
