Treasurer Ann Bennett said often the group is down to only about four or five people, said a big "thank you" to all that came along, and added that litter pickers on Saturday included ward councillor John Inglis.
There will be an extra litter pick in the evening of Thursday, August 17 at 7.30 from the pavilion car park, and then as usual at 10am on the first Saturday of the month during the summer and autumn months - all are welcome.
