Here's a recent peek around the Cobden Bridge hoarding at the emerging McCarthy & Stone development 'The Boathouse'.

In 2013 the company was granted approval with conditions to build 51 sheltered housing flats, in a part 4, part 5, and part 6-storey building with parking and riverside walk.
