The company says the day “is in response to high-demand for the 50 one and two bedroom apartments, which are already attracting significant levels of interest from the local community”.
It takes place at Highfield House Hotel on Highfield Lane between 11am and 3pm, where advisors will be available to answer questions about the development.
Kim Caldwell, Regional Sales and Marketing Director for McCarthy and Stone, said: “We are delighted to be able to welcome interested purchasers to the Highfield House Hotel on Thursday 9th November to get a sneak peak of what’s on offer here. We would encourage local retirees interested in hearing more about the development to pop along with friends or family members if they like, and make the most of this great opportunity to speak to the sales team ahead of release.”
The company has also set up an office in the back of the Songbird café at the Triangle which opens Tuesday – Saturdays from 10.30-5pm.
