The evening will apparently feature “across the board scooterist sounds” including northern soul, ska, two tone and reggae, from Soul Boots DJs.

Entry is free.

The pub closed in August, but it has reportedly been taken on by new licensee Joseph Smith and a business partner.

The Bitterne Park Hotel is one of only a handful of Southampton pubs on the council’s assets of community value register.
