Yoga is an ancient practice designed to improve body and mind. It can improve your strength stamina flexibility posture aches pains and breathing conditions. It can also improve your concentration and clarity of thought.

I am a qualified yoga teacher in Bitterne. I teach Vinyasa Flow – a style of yoga using flowing movement and linked with breath, and Ashtanga – a more athletic style. I have an existing schedule of classes in Bitterne / Merryoak, Bursledon and Wickham but I have special offers for the New Year as follows:

Workshops

6 January – Intro to Yoga £15

27 January – Yoga for Neck , Shoulder and Back Pain £20

17 February – Intro to Ashtanga £20 – hopefully this will turn into a regular class

Special Offers

If you are a new student and attend my Intro to Yoga workshop on 6 January you will get your first regular class ( exc Wickham ) in January for free – a saving of £8.

If you are an existing student and bring a friend (who has not attended one of my classes before) in January, you will both get that class free (exc Wickham).
