The NHS and Southampton City Council are inviting St Denys, Swaythling and Bassett residents to a meeting to discuss how they can help support people in their community.

“If you would like to find out how you can help your neighbours to live healthily and be supported to stay independent come along to: St Denys Church, Dundee Road, Southampton SO17 2ND on Wednesday, April 4 from 2-4pm,” says the council in its latest community news bulletin.
