A computer repair shop, and beauty business, appear to be preparing to open, while Darn it & Stitch is promoting a launch party.

iFix Computers and Elegant Beauty will be opening on Monday (April 16), according to window signage.
Both previously said they were hoping to open in early March , but after a flurry of activity transforming the interior of the old Advanced plastics shop, there seems to have been something of a pause until now.
On the other side of Manor Farm Road, we’re told Jade Sandford’s Beauteous is intending to open in the former Colours of Beauty premises “very soon” – once legal arrangements have been concluded.
Finally Darn it & Stitch, the haberdashery with a crafting twist, is promoting a launch party on Saturday (April 14).
