Young – and not so young – budding animators can learn a range of skills and techniques to bring their Lego or Plasticine characters to life at Saturday workshops taking place at Cobbett Hub and Library (SO18 1HL).

Organiser (and Bitterne Parker) Jed Gibbs, right, who’s an experienced teacher, says afternoon sessions are for kids from six years up to adults.

Creations will be posted on YouTube and online, so friends and family can also enjoy them.

Sessions start on May 26, 2018 and run each week from 1pm to 4pm until July 14. It’s £3 per hour or £8 for the three-hour session, and parents are welcome to stay or go.
