There's a refugee donation event at the Third Age Centre, Cranbury Terrace SO14 0LH on Saturday (June 16) from 2-4pm.

"We are running a collection event... specifically to collect items required for refugees and asylum seekers in Southampton and Calais.
"We are primarily looking for toiletries for all refugees, but also household items for asylum seekers in Southampton (who live on a very limited income) and some storage items for Southampton Action.
"If you can help at all, we really need your support," says Southampton Action on Facebook, where you can also see a detailed list of items needed.
