Winchester’s Hat Fair is offering festivalgoers the opportunity to get involved in this year’s festival by joining the Hat Fair Flashmob choir.
Vocal leader and composer Sharon Richards will be running a free vocal workshop at Theatre Royal Winchester on Saturday 30 June at 10.30am. The newly formed choir will then pop up around the city during the day to entertain thousands of festivalgoers.
The choir will be led by Sharon Richards, who runs a singing school and is a vocal coach. She’ll coach the newly formed choir on the smash hit song ‘This Is Me’ from The Greatest Showman.
No singing experience is necessary – just turn up at Theatre Royal Winchester on Saturday June 30 at 10.30am.
Winchester’s annual Hat Fair Outdoor Arts festival features three days of entertainment including theatre, dance and circus-inspired events, and takes place from Friday June 29 to Sunday July 1. For more details about the festival see our previous piece here.
