Since opening in 1993, No Limits has “grown profoundly”, and says it now supports thousands of young people each year.
CEO Annabel Hodgson said: “We’re delighted to celebrate our 25th birthday. I am overjoyed to know that we have helped so many vulnerable young people over the years, and I’d like to thank everyone who has supported us and made this possible.”
Coinciding with its birthday celebrations, No Limits is encouraging donations of £25 pounds over the next year, so the support they offer can be continued and extended.
The charity says for £25 it can:
- Provide five food bags for homeless young people
- Hold a support group session for six young people
- Provide shower and laundry facilities for 10 young people
- Use food from Fareshare for five Cook and Eat sessions, teaching young people how to feed themselves well
- Provide a young carer with a fun day out and respite from their caring duties
