“Everyone is fuming about the revelation that there will be no parking spaces at the new student accommodation at the Triangle,” a Cobden Bridge Residents’ Association spokesperson said.
Unique social spaces
Despite there being no parking spaces at the new student accommodation, all apartments will be en suite, with many boasting great views over the city and beyond. And students will be able to take advantage of unique social spaces, ultra-fast fibre-to-the-door internet and provision for 5G services.
Arts hub
Plans originally submitted to NSP included underground parking for around 300 cars, a Yoga suite, and community lounge and public viewing platform on the top floor, as well as an over-50s arts hub & social history space, but developers decided they didn’t want to include them.
