A parade for families with under 10s will take place from Bitterne Triangle on Wednesday October 31.People will assemble from 5.30-5.45pm outside the old post office in fancy dress with torches/lanterns. There will then be a parade along the Triangle to Riverside Park as far as the jetty for hot soup etc from flasks (not supplied: bring what you wish). The group will then walk back up to Triangle again, to finish by 6.45ish.
Please note this is for accompanied children only - ie parents take responsibility for own kids! & we are NOT going trick or treating — it’s just an opportunity for younger children to enjoy a Hallowe’en event.
