Police are appealing for witnesses after a “car vs pedestrians” incident outside Bitterne Library on Tuesday afternoon (July 23) in which two children were taken to hospital.

They said one child received an ankle injury and the other cuts and grazes.
It happened at around 3.30pm
Hants Roads Policing tweeted:
