The council says feedback from an online survey will “help to inform future developments in St Denys, prioritising clean air, liveable streets and the health and wellbeing of the community”.

It adds that its vision is to “make Southampton a place where everyone enjoys living, working and spending time. As part of this, we want to help you get the most from St Denys and surrounding neighbourhoods. and to enjoy attractive, liveable streets that are easy to get around while connecting you to the wider city and other local services.

“This is all part of the council's commitment to sustainable travel and improved local air quality, outlined in both our Local Transport Plan and Green City Charter.”

The online survey involves commenting on specific areas users first tag on a map. You can take part from this link.
