Six-week beginner's course starts 13 January 2020 in Merryoak. Classes run in Merryoak and Portswood and workshops run in Portswood and Wickham.
WHAT IS YOGA?
Yoga is an ancient holistic system including physical postures, breathing exercises and meditation. If practiced regularly as little as once a week it can improve your posture, fitness, strength and stamina. It can also calm your mind and leave you more able to concentrate, focus and switch off from all our "First World " distractions. The beauty of yoga is that it can be practiced by anyone regardless of size, shape or gender.
Beginners and returners are welcome. I can provide mats - just bring yourself, some comfy clothes - leggings or tracksuit bottoms and layers.
