A good turnout of 28 volunteers collected a large haul of litter in Bitterne on Sunday (Jan 5) including an ironing board, a door, a bicycle frame and six full cans of flavoured cider.

If you want to join their next litter pick, it will be on Saturday, January 25 from 10am for one hour, meeting in the car park near Lloyds Bank in the precinct.
“Wear weather appropriate clothes and sensible footwear. Please bring gloves, but we will provide the rest.
