It's a public meeting, but due to coronavirus it's being held 'virtually', and should be viewable
You can apparently watch either by downloading Microsoft Teams software using the link provided , or just stream it to your browser (eg Chrome, Firefox, Edge, Safari etc) without downloading any apps.
The link also advises that you can create an MS Teams login if you want to - or you can just view anonymously.
Public comments to the council's planning portal on the issue have rocketed over the last week.
We noted on June 19 that there were 140 objections and 132 supporting comments. At the time of writing (approx 5pm on Monday 22) there are now 172 objections and 202 supporters.
When comments closed on the application the first time round, there were reportedly only around 50 opposing comments and four in support - itself a fairly high figure for a planning application.
The virtual planning and rights of way meeting kicks off at 4pm, and the agenda and meeting documents are at this council web page.
