The application from Bitterne Care Homes Ltd is to convert their St Catherine's Care Home, at 19 - 21 St Catherine's Road, “into 2x semi-detached houses in multiple occupation (1x 6-bed HMO, class C4 and 1x 7-bed large HMO, class sui-generis) with associated parking and cycle/refuse storage”, according to the council's planning portal.
Comment can be made on the application by July 17 on the council's planning portal.
