The Southampton Society of Model Engineers had resumed rides from August 2 for the first time since the lockdown.

Now it says on its website:

"Due to new rules effective 14 September and to live within the spirit of the law, we will suspend running the Trains until the rules permit. Unfortunate after 5 successful Sundays."
