Charlton House Independent School was opened in September 2020 on the site of the old St Marys Independent School prep department.
The school offers a distinctive and unique educational experience within a nurturing and community environment. Whilst at Charlton House, your child will be encouraged as an individual to attain a high standard of personal excellence whilst stimulated to discover their own, personal, individual strengths and interests. Simultaneously, they will be taught to appreciate the value of being a member of a community.
We welcome children aged 4 to 11 (Year R through to Year 6) from throughout the city and surrounding areas. Year groups are limited to 16 pupils currently.
Charlton House teaches Christian beliefs, as well as other faiths, as part of Religious Education which support and fulfil the school's mission statement of "Love One Another".
