Council welcomes event applications – in line with Covid guidelines

“As the city gears up to bid to become the UK City of Culture 2025, the publication of the ‘COVID-19 Response – Spring 2021’ guidelines [pdf] and the introduction of the safe return of events in the city is a huge opportunity for Southampton to celebrate the wealth of culture available and showcase the city’s diversity,” said a council press release.

A minimum of 12 weeks’ notice of events is usually required.
