Restrictions ease

Queues reportedly formed past Track 21, next door to Triangle Cuts, this morning (April 12) as people waited their turn to finally get a post-lockdown haircut. Three or four men were also queuing outside the barber's along the cut by Miss Ellie's just after 10am. Many shops close anyway on a Monday at the Triangle, but Track 21 was open, and both Il Picchio and Miss Ellies looked open for outdoor refreshments, as restrictions eased today.
